Skyland is supporting Hurricane Maria relief efforts in Puerto Rico! There are two ways you can help:

Contribute to care packages for Pastor Miguel and Pastor Jose’s home churches in Villa Fontana and Humacao. We need:

  • Flashlights
  • Batteries (AA, AAA and D)
  • Baby food and formula
  • Dry food like canned beans
  • Non-perishable (lightweight) food
  • Baby and adult diapers
  • Personal hygiene products (deodorant, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hand sanitizer, etc.)
  • Contribute to relief kits that will be distributed by UMCOR. We need:

  • Liquid laundry detergent (25 or 50 oz. bottles only)
  • Liquid household cleaner (12‐16 oz., no spray cleaners)
  • Dish soap (16-28 oz.)
  • Clothespins and clotheslines (50 or 100 ft.)
  • Non-cellulose sponges
  • 24-roll heavy-duty trash bags (33-45 gallon sizes)
  • Air freshener (aerosol or pump)
  • Insect repellent (6-14 oz. aerosol or spray pump with protective cover)
  • Kitchen dishwashing gloves
  • Work gloves (all cotton, all leather, or cotton with leather palms)
  • Scouring pads (no stainless steel or anything with soap built in)
  • Scrub brushes (plastic or wood handles)
  • Dust masks
