    Stop and Smell the Roses

This past Christmas was a busy one. It always seems to be what I call a non-stop season of going from one activity, one Christmas party, one service, or one gathering with family or friends to another. Only this past Christmas season was slightly different. As I was preparing to put in ...

    Battle Won

Three years ago I began my process to become a certified ministry candidate in the United Methodist Church. The process was very long and at times very frustrating. There were moments I just wanted to throw in the towel and give up, but God would remind me that the only one who ...

    Stay

From the Pastor’s Desk When we think of hospitality, we think of hotels and vacations. We think of places we want to go to for respite and rest and the kind of treatment we are willing to pay for. It is nice to be treated as honored guests and to be welcomed with ...
