Events & Activities

Journey Sunday Class. Accepting Christ is just the beginning of an exciting, lifelong journey with the Lord! Learn how to walk with Jesus and build a stronger relationship with Him in this class for adults in their 20s to 50s. We watch videos from inspired teachers like Lee Strobel, Derek Prince and Chip Ingram, and then discuss the material. Contact Margie Morgan for more information.

  • Location: 1st Floor, Room 108
  • Time: Sundays 10 a.m.

Adult Bible Study. These Bible studies are targeted to women, but men are welcome too. Offered fall through spring on Tuesday mornings and Sunday nights, studies last 10 weeks and provide a personal study experience in addition to weekly group sessions. Past studies have included the Patriarchs, Psalms, Gideon and more. Nursery is provided for the Tuesday morning study. Contact Cathy Wages to sign up.

  • Location: 1st Floor, Room 108
  • Time: Sundays 6 p.m. or Tuesdays 9:30 a.m.

Wednesday Night Bible Study. Our weekly pastor’s teaching series is for all ages. This in-depth teaching provides greater perspective and grounding in Scripture for how to live a Christian life. Past topics have included Revelation, the Prophets and more.

  • Location: 1st Floor, Room 108 or Fellowship Hall
  • Time: Wednesdays 6:45-7:30 p.m.

Monthly Fellowship. Fellowship means supporting and encouraging one another, and loving each other as Jesus loves us. We meet regularly to enjoy fellowship and take part in special events like dinner, movies, trips to Stone Mountain, baseball games, bonfires, cookouts and more.

  • Location: Varies
  • Time: 2nd Saturday of each month

Monthly Lunches. If you love to eat, join us – our “young adult” lunches are for the young at heart as well as the young in age. We typically lunch near the church, which is located in Brookhaven and a stone’s throw from Buford Highway (aka foodie paradise). Come hungry and bring friends!

  • Location: Meet in front of the Sanctuary
  • Time: Last Sunday of each month, after the 11 a.m. Contemporary Worship Service
